Data mining
Traditional Data Mining methods such as Principal Component Analysis, Cluster and Discriminant Analysis, Partial Least Squares,
have been widely used to model biochemical databases.
But these standard techniques often are not suitable to predict very complex phenomena such as ADME, Toxicity, Sensory Analysis.
We have then developed non-standard software to allow for better prediction capabilities:
